Eagles News 18 September
In Maths this week we have been comparing and ordering numbers whilst in English we have been writing our stories and learning about conjunctions.
On Tuesday, Eagles had their first ever mindfulness experience. The session began with us learning how to breathe deeply like lions and snakes - complete with animal noises! We then practised yoga poses such as “the tree”,” downward dog” and, the children’s favourite, “the froggy!”. The lesson ended with mindful relaxation to the sound of a Tibetan singing bowl. The children really enjoyed their time and some said that they felt the most relaxed ever!
